How can I report someone for abuse who has blocked me, but continues to slander me-saw response when loggedout

This person chose me as best answer, but I could not read their response. Once I logged out, the question that I had answered appeared and I read what the asker said to me and about me and it was extremely insulting and actually slanderous. I cannot report the person for abuse however as you need to be logged in and when I log in, their q & a are blocked from my view so I'm really stuck here. This seems to be an abuse of the system as they have the right to publicly slander me but I cannot even find a way to report it to the monitors of this board as I'm blocked from even seeing their q & a? Can anyone help me out here? The person's screen name is "It's gonna be alright" aka superkitten and she repeatedly violates guidelines by posting her agenda and behaving abusively towards anyone who disagrees with her point of view. I would appreciate anyone's help in reporting her or suggestions regarding how to contact the moderators regarding the situation.
