Will my period ever stop??? plz help! read description?

My period was terrible the first year I got it. They were very heavy and lasted 7-8 days. there's nothing wrong with you. every girl is different when it comes to their period. some get light ones that last 3 days, others get heavy ones that last way too long and then there's now me. i get them for a week. for few days heavy, then it gets extremely light.
