Where can I approch to book my complaints about my SPSS software which i upgraded recently?

I recently upgraded my Statistical SOftware SPSS from lower version 10.0 into higher version 14.0. Now i have facing some problem with the higher end version. I feel version 10 is more comfortable for my use than version 14.0. I don't where to get to clear my clarification about this software. WHen I send mail to spss (to the id displayed in spss.com website), there is no response from them.
