How do you turn purple craigslist searches blue again in AOL?

When you search craigslist everything you've searched turns from blue to purple. I've tried deleting the cookies, clearing my footprints, everything numerous times. It clears all of the other web searches on google but all of the visited areas on cl stay purple instead of turning back to blue. I've seen this topic come up several times but have never seen anyone post a confirmed resolution. Like I have said, I have tried all of the methods to clear searches but the cl sections still show up. Does anyone have a solution?
