Male with blood in urine?

since my short stay in hospital about 18 months ago as i had a killer pain in my stomach,i had x-rays they showed a kidney stone and a gallstone,they said was too small to operate,since then i have a enlarged phosphate gland and still have now i have pills but don,t always work,.about three weeks ago i had blood in my urine i got a emergency appointment with a doctor when he see the sample he said that is allot of blood,he sent it away for tests and prescribed me antibiotics,it cleared up within two days and i finished the course for seven day as he said,.last friday evening my partner and i think we had a bit of food poisoning from a takeaway but i had much worse stomach pains and had a fever and sometimes felt cold and slept for 15 hours,when i got up i had blood in the urine again but today has almost gone as the urine is a dark golden colour,i have seen a urologist in the last year about the problem but had no further appointments,.is it worth seeing me doctor again as he did,t send me any-ware last time,or shall i just wait till the stones flush themselves out,or shall i get some more antibiotics,or can you give me a idea whats going on,
