Why are girls always looked down on when pregnant and no one ever cares about the guys who get girls pregnant?

My friend is pregnant and she was saying last night that her parents will no doubt be very upset when she tells them. ...I told her it can't be as worse as how they treated her brother when they found out he got a girl pregnant. ..She said it would be TonS worse because she's a girl.. It Pisses Me Off that people look down on girls when they're pregnant and they don't give a sh*t when a guy says he got a girl pregnant. ...Am I missing something? Can someone please explain the fairness in this? ..Or am I right about how I feel?
