Should Jonathan Ross be axed or disciplined by BBC?

What Jonathan Ross & Russell Brand did by leaving messages on Andrew Sachs answerphone about having with his granddaughter was sick. Just as sick was joking about Andrew Sachs killing himself because of their false claims. How old are they? Ross has a family & kids. Isn't he meant to be a role model for them. How would he feel if someone 'jokingly' claimed to have had with his daughter a few years down the line? We pay his astrnomical wages through TV license fees so he should be held accountable for his repugnant actions. Someone commented on yahoo answers about Ross being a perv despite his advancing years. Well, he's proven it again.
