Am i stupid for crying 4this long ?

so me and my EX broke up like a month ago and im still crying over him and i have made myself sick cryin over him the way i have been cryin and im tryin to move on and meet other guys but whenever i talk to them i think of me EX and start cryin all over again and all my friends say im done for cryin over him and i should Just 4get about him bt i have tried and i cant idk why he has this hold on me and its lik he done moved on bt why cant i is it bec he was my !st??? please help me and let me kno if im dumb 4not movin on and still cryin over him
