Do you really think he likes me ?

theres this guy at my skool and its been known to me that he wants to go out with me he always botherd me and it was kinda annoying and this girl told me if u dont want him to bother u then talk to him. so i gave him my number and we would talk we were talking for like 3 months.so one day recently i asked him wat he liked aobut me so much and he was lke it was too much to text it would be a conversation we'd have in private..... after that day i jsut havent texted out of not being able to. i want to but i cant becasue of a personal situation...... now hes talkin to this other girl and shes known as a . so my sister was with him adn this girl and she told the girl ewww dont go widd him cuz..... and the boy was givin her a look like omg dont say nuthin. and later on he tells my sister dont say anything about me and your sister to her. ? im confused plz help
