Is it legal for someone, over 21 years old in the State of Indiana to carry a flask?

Note, this would be walking on a public street, not driving in a car, not holding it in a moving or stationary car. Also, if anyone knows if it would be legal in the trunk of your car, which would of course be locked. If anyone has any citations from Indiana criminal/civil code, that would help. I got nowhere from the in.gov website. Thanks!
