Any idea why Obama is so blatantly incompetent?

While rumor has it that as a young child Barack Sr. and his mother used to toss him around as a football, which left him mentally impaired, I personally think he actually wants the damage to increase so he can further vilify off shore and on shore drilling and eventually take over the oil companies, what ever his reasons are for acting incompetent, you can rest ured he is up to some sort of evil.
