Is there something wrong with my computer?

I have a 4 year old computer. It has a 2.66 gHz Pentium IV, 1GB of ddr1 400 RAM and is using the 7300gt (agp). When I play games on it, it seems to slow down even on minimum settings and even though the specs of my computer is well over the minimum system requirements of the games. (I play games like warcraft 3)
