Since the Muslim Faith, (like Obama's) is a Political structure & religion, should we make special concessions?

Ya'know like the concessions we made for Atheists eg. Santa Claus OK Baby Jesus not OK. Easter Bunny OK Jesus raised from the dead not OK.
