School: should this boy be punished?

The only punishment Boy A should have, if any, is for sharing coffee with other students. Boys B and C cannot blame their actions on simply drinking coffee. They need to be accounted for their own actions. The parents of these students shouldn't back the wrong doing of their sons, it'll be sending them the message that their actions are the result of someone else's action.
