OJ Mayo benched and will NOT start vs. the Heat? +BQ?

I think there is a slight chance I remember last season when there were trade rumors about him I forgot which team it was....but I think there is a possiblity that he can get traded ........and it really suckz a lot of people hype up mayo to be one of the greatest players in the future......I don't think memphis is self ured that he will become the next jordan or kobe .......why else did they put him trade talks last season
