I have a 90 ford ranger stuck in 4wd... and where is the transfer case? lol?

The transfer case is located in between transmission and engine. You can select 2wd or 4wd if you go underneath your truck and change it manually, I recommend you to check the mechanism that controls 4wd 2wd, see if anything is loose.
