well im finna make ma 8 yer old lil sis breakfast but iwant it to be healthy because shes overweight....(she's like 100 lbs) but shes like 4'10. i was gonna make some bacon,eggs, grits(with cheese and sugar) and some jelly and a toast.....anything healther i can make or how can i make what im making healthier...i have a lot of fruits here so any suggestions......?
