Best way to get rid of body fat ?
Im 6"2 and weigh around 200 pounds. I play rugby, so i do not want an extremely low body fat percentage but id like to lower mine. I do weight training 3 - 4 times a week and have a relatively large muscle m. I would just like to shed off that extra body fat and be more defined really. I do running 3 - 4 times a week but only a 10 - 15 minute run which is around 1 - 2 miles. Should i be running longer ??? I also have a well balanced diet. High in protein, vitamins and minerals. Not so high in carbs but a good amount, and a lower intake of fat. Any extra dietary tips would be a great help too :) Thanks in advance :)
